Apocalypse includes Excavation Site 34, which includes a sub-map being Excavation Site, which is playable in Origins. Vengeance includes Resolution 1295, which includes two sub-maps, which are Processing, being playable in Buried, and Borough, being playable in Grief and Turned, as well as the Ray Gun Mark II. Uprising includes Alcatraz Island, which includes two sub-maps, which are Sunset Strip, being playable in Mob of the Dead, and Cell Block, being playable in Grief. Revolution includes the sub-map Diner in Green Run, which is playable in Turned, and Great Leap Forward, which includes a sub-map being Skyscrapers, which is playable in Die Rise. The Hardened and Prestige Editions include Nevada, which includes a sub-map which is Nuketown Zombies. More maps and content may be purchased via Downloadable Content (DLC) or pre-ordering the Hardened/Prestige Editions. Zombies mode was introduced into the Wii U version, due to data limitations it might have if it were released on the Wii. The game play has been enhanced majorly such as using the modified Multiplayer engine to hold more capacity and other abilities, like Theater mode and being able to hold maps that enable players to fight each other. Grief mode is introduced, and later, Turned, which both involve players going against each other. Zombies mode returns in Black Ops II, featuring Green Run, which includes three sub-maps, being Town, Farm, and Bus Depot, as well as three game modes, being TranZit, Survival, and Grief modes.
